Mellor Insurance Brokers was founded in 1957 by Chris F. Mellor when he arrived from the U.K. with his young family. He’d already been selling insurance products as “a man from the Pru” (Prudential of England Insurance) collecting premiums face to face with clients each month.

That personalized service set the tone for the brokerage’s development. Each customer’s needs are discussed and we always keep “the big picture” in mind when recommending insurance products. We plan not just for today but for where you plan to be in the future.

Chris’s daughters Carol and Jane and son Chris jr. joined the firm in the 1970’s and Chris Jr.’s daughter Katherine became active in the business in the 1990’s making Chris Mellor Insurance Brokers Ltd. multi-generational.

With long term employee, Bev Arsenault completing our current staff, we understand the needs of our original clients, their children and grandchildren.
