Omni Insurance Brokers was formed and opened their doors April 1, 1995 as a result of the merging of two established London, Ontario property and casualty insurance Brokerages; Dome Insurance Brokers Inc and Thomson-Mc Donald Insurance Broker Limited – Omni’s formal and legal partners!

Immediately upon Omni’s inception the 2 partner corporations acquired a third London insurance brokerage and since then 8 other well established and respected insurance brokerages (one, historically dating back to 1864) and have had their business and client base merged with Omni! Consequently, Omni is now represented in 3 branch offices in South Western Ontario, St. Thomas, Clinton and Goderich together with Omni’s Head Office in London. The following former Insurance Brokerages are identified as Omni Insurance Brokers.
