We don’t travel to mundane, boring, or average destinations, and don’t think you should have to either. We believe the rest of the world deserves to be explored and our specialty is finding exclusive locations and activities to excite the most world weary traveller.For over thirty years we have worked with clients’ itineraries to virtually every corner of the world, and between us have visited over 150 countries.

The business was started by me, Max Johnson, in 1980; partly because the idea of a job was unappealing, and partly because the travel industry seemed pretty tame to me at that time. After working with Canada’s national student travel organizations for a couple of years, I launched out and founded this business.

Since those early days the company grew to have nearly thirty employees with offices in Canada and Chicago. Recent changes in the travel industry has seen the business shrink a little in the past couple of years, but the focus of the company has not changed one little bit.
