From humble beginnings more than 60 years ago, Valley First has grown into a strong, innovative and vibrant organization with a pre-eminent position in the Okanagan, Similkameen and Thompson regions. On Jan. 1, 2010, Valley First completed a merger with Langley-based Envision Financial and became a division of the newly formed First West Credit Union.

As a division of First West, Valley First’s 16 branches and 450 employees serve 47,000 members. Subsidiaries of First West also operating under the Valley First name include Valley First Insurance Services Ltd. and Valley First Financial Services Ltd.
